F.A.Q.s
What is functional medicine, and how is it different from conventional or
lifestyle medicine?
Functional medicine looks beyond symptoms to find the root causes of health concerns. Conventional medicine is focused on diagnosing and prescribing, while lifestyle medicine emphasizes habits such as nutrition, exercise, and sleep. At Integrative Women’s Health Hawaii, we bring all three together — blending the best of conventional care with root- cause investigation and lifestyle support to create lasting health.
What makes Integrative Women’s Health Hawaii unique?
We’re more than just a medical office. Our mission is to create a community of women who want more than prescriptions and quick fixes. Here, you’ll find like-minded women who value education, movement, and self-care as much as medical expertise. Together, we build a space where women can take charge of their health and feel truly supported.
Why should I sign up for a monthly membership?
Our membership was designed to be more than concierge medicine. It’s a place where movement, medical care, and self-care come together in one supportive environment. As a member, you’re not just another number — you’re part of a community that helps you stay accountable, inspired, and empowered in your health journey.
