About Medical Concierge Services
Concierge Access & Communication Guidelines
As a valued member of our Integrative Women’s Health community, you have direct text access to your healthcare provider for personalized support. To ensure high-quality care and healthy boundaries, please review the following concierge parameters:
Provider Texting Access:

Available Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM HST, 2nd and 3d Saturday 9-12pm

Response Time: Within 24 business hours for most messages

After-Hours or Weekend Texts: Messages received outside office hours will be reviewed on the next business day. If you have an urgent medical issue, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Not Intended For:

Provider Availability: Dr. Guzman and her team may observe holidays and designated rest weeks throughout the year for professional and personal renewal.

Notification: Members will receive advance notice via text or email of any scheduled provider time off.

Coverage: During these periods, messages will be triaged by clinic staff or temporarily paused until the provider’s return.
